Hello our flight into Haneda has been delayed, we are due to arrive Haneda at 7:35pm instead of 2pm. With retrieving luggage and going through custom , can we still purchase for tickets to Osaka? Thanks

Hi there,
I do not think you'd have time to make it to Osaka the same day. I would suggest getting a hotel near the airport for your arrival.
