I am arriving at 7th of April to Narita Airport through Qatar airway flight 806 around 6:40 PM
however i want to know will i be able to use my JR pass after from Narita to Kyoto at that time what is the last train operates from Narita to Kyoto and what is the best route for me that i can use.

Hi there,
The last connection from Narita Airport possible departs at around 18:45. I do not think it will be possible at all to make it, as you still have to go through border control, collect your luggage, customs, activate your JR Pass and get on the train. I would stay the first night in Tokyo and travel on the following morning.
