Hello Daniel,

Order Number #1858141

I have just bought 2 adult 14-day green passes, and we will be flying to Tokyo on the 22nd.

Since this is rather rush, what are the chances that the exchange order will be delivered to me before my flight? Note: my delivery address is in Toronto, if that helps.

We do not need to use the pass until the 30th where we plan to go: Tokyo to Kanazawa.

In the event that it does not arrive before I leave Toronto, what are my options? The only way to proceed that comes to my mind is to arrange for a family member to send the exchange order via express courier to my residence in Tokyo.

Please advise your thoughts, thanks.
