After my 7 day visit at Gotemba,Yokohama, imperial palace,Tokyo Disneyland , Akihabara electric street
I want plan extend 3 day travel from HND airport to Osaka what the best convenient way advise and it's also look for budget hotel for 3adult back packers

I hope I understand your question correctly, as you adding a one-way travel to Osaka? In that case it would be best to buy the ticket normally. A Japan rail pass works great if you make a return Tokyo - Osaka.
