Hi There,
We have a flight arriving in Haneda Airport at 4:45am and were hoping to take the rail from there. When researching, I noticed that the hours of operation for the exchange at the Haneda Airport are:
All Days:6:45-20:00
Does this mean we'll need to wait from 4:45am-6:45am to make the exchange at the airport? Or, is there another alternative I'm missing?

Hi there,
That's correct, you'd have to wait until the exchange office opens.
You could already travel into Tokyo and exchange the pass at one of the major stations there, but this travel cost would not be covered.
