Hello Daniel-san,
I ordered my JR Pass on 24 January but it has not yet arrived and I am worried it will not be here before I leave for Japan.
Monday is a public holiday which only leaves a couple of days before I depart. Is it possible to pick up the pass locally? It has arrived in New Zealand but due to a bad storm it has not moved.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about this, delays can happen due to bad weather etc.
If your pass does not arrive in time due to unforeseen circumstances (like a storm!), then we can offer you a refund or delivery to your accommodation in Japan.
That said, best to let our CS team know when you are departing for Japan, so we can see if anything is needed.
