I’m traveling to Japan May2024, with my grandson & wish to purchase passes now.
My grandson is in the process of getting a new passport.
Can I purchase his pass now with his old passport number & when he receives his new passport can change upon arrival in May??
Please advise.

Hi there,
Passes can only be purchased 3 months ahead of time, please wait until Feb next year before making your purchases for May.
We do not need your passport information at time of order.
