We don't arrive in Japan until 18th April. We wish to travel on the Hello Kitty Shinkansen on 24th April, however these seats will book out if we don't reserve them early. Can we pre-book tickets before exchanging our JR passes on 18th April?

Hi there,
Online seat reservations are not currently available for tickets purchased through JRPass.com. You can reserve seats once you arrive in Japan at any JR Train Station ticket office (Midori-no-madoguchi) or ticket machine.
