I reviewed your itinerary and see most of your travel is around Tokyo, with the longest trip to Kawagoe (about 30min) away.
A JR Pass is recommended if you do a few intercity trips, such as to Kyoto, Osaka or Hiroshima. You could look at the Tokyo Wide Pass here.
