Hi,
We might have a possibility to visit Japan in two weeks. This is not final, but if we go, we want to order the JRPass now, so we get it before we leave.
If we will do so, and finally we won't be able to make that trip, will we get a refund for the unused vouchers?
Thank you,
Rami

Hi there,
Yes, if it is unused there is a refund policy that can be found here - you have the opportunity to buy cancellation protection as well.
Kind regards,
Alexis
