Hello,
I am traveling with my family arriving in Tokyo on April 4th and would like to go to Kobe on 6th. I am planning to by the 14 day pass. Can I make reservations on Japan railway after buying pass online or reservations can only be made once the pass is activated? I have also heard that there is no physical pass that is mailed. Your response would be much appreciated.

Hi there,
When you buy with us, then you can start making reservations once you are in Japan and have activated the pass.
