Hello,
I would like to ask about reserved seat ticket (using jr kansai hiroshima area pass), do i need to insert both tickets at the gate or just the kansai hiroshima area pass?

Hello,

You only need to insert your JR Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass when passing through the automatic ticket gates. Please keep your reserved seat ticket with you during your journey to check your assigned seat number and show it to the conductor if requested.
