Hi, We have our JR Passes and are in Kyto but travelling to Hiroshama the day after next. How do I reserve my seat? Can I do it online or can I only do it as the station? If I can only do it in person which station or can I do it any station? I would have expected to be able to do this online. Thank you.

Unfortunately this can only be done at the station - you are able to do it at any nearby major JR station.
