I want book jr pass. My son is born 13th August 2011.
When I m booking for jr pass now. I can only book him as a child. But I'm going to use jr pass from 11th August for 7 days. He will be 2 days after 12 year old
Can I book as a child and use it. Or do I need adult ticket for him
Please let me know.

Your issue date is leading (when we print your ticket), so if your son is below 12 at that age, then he can use the JR Pass.
