(2) based on expiriance - is it possibile to book place in shinkansen Tokyo-Kyoto for the same day ?
(3) Does traveling with laguage require any special action?

1.) You can reserve seats once you have arrived in Japan and exchanged the JR Pass.
2.) Yes, there are many trains and seats available each day and trains rarely sell out.
