Hi Daniel-san,
I will arrive to Tokyo on May 1st and will use the 14-day JR pass for travel from May 8-21. If I buy the JR pass now:
Do I exchange the voucher for the pass on arrival to Narita on May 1st, or exchange and activate the pass in Shinjuku station anytime before May 8?
If I also reserve the JR pocket wifi, can I pick up both the pass and the pocket wifi in Narita on May 1st or Shinjuku station on May 2nd?

Hi Tan,
1.) You could do both, or just go to a major station in Tokyo when you have time, select your starting date and activate the JR Pass.
2.) Wi-Fi is a separate product, with its own pick-up spot at the airport.
