Hi

I am traveling to japan. I am staying in Tokyo and going to Osaka, Kyoto for two days then going back to Tokyo. I also plan on going to my Fuji for the day. Does it make sense for me to purchase jr pass ?

Hi there,

Yes, the cost of a 7 day JR Pass is similar to the return ticket Tokyo - Kyoto. You can use it to make savings if you cover any more travel with it. For example a one way Tokyo - Narita Airport using the Narita Express.

Hope this helps,
