Hi there,
The best way is to go by Shinkansen by day. There is no night train service between Hiroshima and Tokyo.
Possibly you could use the Sunrise express from Okayama to Tokyo but would have to go from Hiroshima to Okayama first.

I need to go during the night from Tokyo to Hiroshima. Leaving tokyo around 10 p.m.
Is there anyway I can do that using the JRPass?

No, but there's also no way to do it without the JR Pass :) At least not by rail.
You can again use the Sunrise express from Tokyo to Okayama but you'd still need to travel from Okayama to Hiroshima by day.
