I ordered the JR Pass on May 07, 2023 and travel date is on June 02, 2023.
We also paid for the $14 express delivery.
Do they provide tracking number?

Hi there,

Yes, a tracking number is provided by e-mail once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that Monday was a bank holiday, and no shipments could be made.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for the response. It is Tuesday, May 08 in California, USA. We ordered two set of tickets.
Could you please let us know when the 2 set of tickets will be dispatched, and the expected arrival date in California.
The first order # is 1893293 and the second is 1893312. We would like to make sure our tickets arrive before we leave California on June 02 to get to Kansai airport. Efren
