Hello, I will be travelling next year and would like to enquire if you offer discounted rates for people with a disability. We (2 adults) will be travelling with our adult son who is visually impaired.
Thank you

Hi there,
The JR Pass itself is already a highly discounted ticket, and therefore no further discounts are given. You are more than welcome to get one, if you are eligible.
Kind regards,
Daniel
