Was wondering if a JR pass would be worth it for our visit to Japan in March.? We are landing at Haneda with a night in Tokyo and then plan on taking the bullet Train north and will have to transfer trains to get to Niseko. We will be staying in the Niseko area for 5 days and then returning to Tokyo the same way to join a tour group.

Hi there,
For your itinerary, I recommend the JR East-South Hokkaido Rail Pass.
This pass covers the areas you will be travelling in, including Niseko, making it a convenient and potentially cost-effective option.
I hope this helps!
Kind Regards,
Mariko
