If I have already purchased my JR rail pass but won't be using it until June 19th, can I upgrade it to the green class for $75 for a 7-day pass?

Hi there,
We can't change your pass once issued. If you do want to upgrade, then you'd have to return your current pass to us and we'd have to issue a new Green Pass for you.
