We're trying to activate our jr pass at Nagoya, my daughter is dual nationality, used UK passport to get Jr pass but entered Japan using Japanese passport, as usual. We're now being told she cannot activate her pass as no stamp in her passport... Please advise asap, thank you

Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear about this. She will only be able to use the pass with the right visa, or documentation.
Since you have already entered Japan, it will be hard/impossible to change the status of entry. The best option you have is to buy normal tickets for her, and then refund the JR Pass.
