Can we use our JR Pass going to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other stations in Tokyo as well as subways in Osaka? Also, is the Keiyo line covered by JR pass? Thank you.

Hi there,
You can use all local JR lines in Tokyo and Osaka, including travel to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other stations in Tokyo. The subway/metro however is not included but the JR will get you to most places. The Keiyo line is not included, as it is a 3rd sector railway.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
