I have paid for a ticket. When the voucher confirmation came through, I realised it won’t arrive before I fly out.
What can be done to be able get a jr pass

We do need to deliver the pass to you, since there is no dispatch option during the Eastern Holidays, it would be best to contact our support team and get your pass refunded.
