When will the order processed?

Hello

I noticed my credit card was charged on Jan 3,2018 after I ordered the JRPASS on the same day.

I wonder whether the purchase of this items is completed and the items has been dispatched to me.

Until now, I do not get an e-mail notifying me the item is dispatched.
