Hi, may I request you to clarify the following queries I have about using Japan Rail Pass
1) Can we buy the Japan Rail Pass starting from a specific date (say 01st May onwards)
2) we are arriving at Narita airport. So from Narita airport to our hotel in Minato Ward, Minato-ku, Shibakoen 3-3-1, can we use JRP in Narita Express
3) We are staying in Tokyo for 4 nights and will be visiting local tourist attractions as well as traveling to Mt Fuji. Can we utilise Japan Rail Pass for this purpose
4) We are planning to take Shinkansen fast train to Kyoto from Tokyo. I suppose we can use JRP on Shinkansen
5) My final question is if Japan Rail Pass can only be used in Narita Express and Shinkansen Bullet Trains, then would buying a specific Nariata Express ticket and a specific bullet train ticket be cheaper to buying a Japan Rail Pass for 7 days ?
