Hi, I am going to Japan in November 6th - 22nd and have the following itinerary:

6th travel day
7th - 11th Tokyo
12th - 15th Kyoto
16th Hiroshima
17th - 20th OSAKA
21st Tokyo
22nd travel day

Will the 14 day JR pass be valid from the 7th - 21st? or is the 14 days technically till the 20th.

And is the JR pass cost efficient for the trip?

Thank you for your help.

Hi there,

Each day is counted as a full day. That means your last day of travel is the 20th, when activated on the 7th.

Kind regards,
Daniel
