I bought a pass for my husband and selected the wrong nationality. He's Italian but selected Spain because that's where we live. The vendor is telling us the pass won't be accepted. Is this true? We're traveling next week.

Hi there,
I can't speak for your Vendor, but for passes issued on JR Pass.com, we don't even print the nationality on the pass.
As long as you bring your non-Japanese passport + temporary visitor (V) visa, at time of exchange, then you can activate the pass.
Kind regards,
Daniel
