PLEASE HELP

I just paid for the pass online and immediately noted I entered the wrong start date

I entered APRIL 5 but I need to start on APRIL 4,

I am with a group and they will start travel on APRIL 4

what now?

Hi there,

The date is only on the website as indication. As long as you activate the JR Pass within 3 months after purchase, it can be any date.
