Traveling to Japan from April 18th to April 29th

Hello!

We are traveling with 2 boys ages 8 and 9 from April 18th to April 29th.

Trying to figure out which JR pass to purchase.

We are flying into Haneda on April 18th, then staying in Tokyo until April 24th, then traveling to Kyoto for April 25 and 26.

then we are going to Osaka for April 27 and 28th, finally ending in Nagoya for one night and flying from Nagoya on April 29th.

Which pass will be the best for us? Regional pass?

Also need the best passes for Tokyo and Osaka Metros
