The JR pass I've ordered won't arrive to my house in time and I've read somewhere that there is a post office in the Haneda airport where customers can pick up orders. Is it possible to have the voucher sent there to be exchanged when I arrive?
Thanks.
Hi there,
We can't deliver the JR Pass directly to the airport. Please contact our support team via [email protected] with your order# and we will find the best option for you.
Kind regards,
Daniel
