For Tottori, you have 2 options:

1. A fast option with the Super Hakuto which requires an extra surcharge of around ¥1800 each way as it uses non-JR tracks.
2. A free option which uses the JR Kinosaki express or Hamakaze via Kinosaki onsen. This options is slower than option 1 by 1.5-2 hours.

Be sure to let the JR ticket office know which option you'd like to travel by when you arrive at Kansai airport as you will probably by default be recommended the pricier but faster option.

For the address of the museum you specified you'll be able to use the JR San'in line from Tottori. Bear in mind that this will be around 1-2 hours each way:
