i would ask few information.
My bf and I will travel to Japan from Dec. 24th to jan 5th.
First, if i buy the Japan rail pass on Sep. 29th, before the price increase, i can still exchange my purchase order dec.24/25, right?
Secondly, if i buy the insurance can i receive a full refund if i have to cancel trip at any time for any reason?
Finally, just to confirm, we will travel around Osaka, Hiroshima, Nara, Tokyo and Kyoto, the 14 days travel pass is the best choice for us?

Yes, as long as you order on time. However, I would not wait and order by the 26th, as the last few days are expected to be extremely busy and as per our announcement on the blog, may not be able to fulfil orders placed after the 28th.
With the added refund policy, yes, we do offer a 100% refund of ticket value. Do read the details however in our terms and conditions. The main ticket is that you do need to return the unused tickets to us.
With those cities in mind, a 14-day JR Pass likely is the best option, but I'd have to see your full itinerary to confirm 100%.
