Reservation of Seats

HI, i have ordered the JR pass, wanted to check if i can book seats for 14 days on my day1.
My itinerary is like below
1) Day 2 - Shinagawa to Osaka
2) Day 4 - Osaka to Hiroshima
3) Day 4 - Back to Osaka
4) Day 6 - Osaka to Shinagawa
5) Day 8 - from Shinagawa to Fuji
6) Day 9 - From Shinagawa to Kamakura

So can i reserve the seats for all the bullet train when i activate the pass. If yes can i use the Meet & greet to active it, if i book it?
