Buying in advance?

Hi there,

It isn't absolutely necessary, especially if you're travelling light, but our recommendation would always be to make reservations at least a few days in advance particularly for popular routes. In reality, you can purchase tickets and travel the same day, but be weary of the risk that you may need to catch a later service if there isn't space.
