Osaka Ramada hotel take Bullet train ride to Tokyo station

From Osaka Ramada hotel, get the subway at Nakatsu to Osaka Station (map). Then, from Osaka station, you will be able to get to Tokyo with this itinerary via bullet train.

Price wise with a Japan Rail Pass you should only have to pay the Osaka subway charge of ¥200.

You can buy the jr pass online here, but if you're only doing 1 trip up to Tokyo you'll be better off buying a single ticket. You cannot buy tickets for the bullet train online from overseas, but you can buy them in advance of travel in Japan from any JR ticket counter in stations. There are also counters at all international airports, so you could book your travel as soon as you land.
