Kawaguchiko to Kyoto

Hi there,

It is not a very straightforward route. The best route using the JR Pass is to travel from Kawaguchiko - Otsuki using the Fujikyu railway (not covered by the JR Pass, 1,140yen / one way). From Otsuki, you can use normal JR lines to Tokyo station, from where you can use the Hikari Shinkansen to Kyoto. The full route takes about 6-7 hours.
