Joyful trains with JR Tohoku Area Pass

Hi, I'm going to buy a JR Tohoku Area Pass for my next trip (April). I'd like to use this pass to ride some joyful trains, but I'm not sure what/how to do, so I hope you can help me.
I think that I can ride Kirakira Uetsu, SL Banetsu Monogatari and Resort Shirakami, is it correct? Any more JT?
Can I reserve my seats in advance by using the JR East website?
If I reserve my seats (in advance or not), do I have to pay any extra fee for these trains?

Hi there,

The JR East passes are one of the few passes we do not sell on JRPass.com, as such we are unable to provide official support for them. I would recommend contacting your point of sale for details on reserving trains for the JR East Pass.

my "point of sale" is the JR East website itself, which is not that detailed.

Hi Mara,

JR East has a contact form and phone help service.

It should not be too hard to reach them :)

I feel dumb, but I can't find the contact form, just the infoline number. Sorry to disturb you, really, but I'd be eternally grateful if you could just link it =)
