Just checking that the JR East-South Hokkaido Pass will include the following:
4 June Shin Chitose airport to Sapporo (this one seems to be an extra cost when I did a check)
5 June Sapporo to Hakodate
6 June Hakodate to Shin Hakodate to Nikko
9 June Nikko to Narita Aiport
Also, can we pre-book seats on all the trains?

The JR East-South Hokkaido Pass covers your entire itinerary. You can make seat reservations once you activate your pass in Japan, and this can be done in advance for all your travel dates!
