Hi Mariko,

I am thinking to go for
Option 1 - 14 days JR pass i.e. from 5 April to 18 April which will cover my entire trip.

or

Option 2
Tokyo wide pass for 6th , 7th 8th April
Tokyo subway pass for 9th April and 10th April
Hokuriku Arch Pass from 11th to 17th April
Narita express pass 5th and 18th April.

Please suggest the best option

While you can easily board most JR trains, please remember that seat reservations are mandatory for Shinkansen bullet trains.
