Can I Book Advance Tickets if I buy JR Pass From this website

Online seat reservations aren't currently available for tickets purchased through JRPass.com. However, it's very easy to do once you're there! You can simply reserve your seats once you arrive in Japan at any JR Station ticket office (Midori-no-madoguchi) or by using the ticket machines.
