I want to get a 14-days JRPass, but I will in Japan during 20 days (in my first days I will be in a congress). So, if I buy the exchange order, can I exchange it days after my arrival to Japan? For example, the fourth day? Or I have to exchange the exchange order the same day that I arrive to Japan?

Hi there!
You can activate the JR Pass at any moment! The only restriction is that you start using it within 90 days after purchase.
