Where should I go / which email should I use to cancel my JRP Exchange Order (bough on February 17, 2020 and to be exchanged by May 16, 2020)? On the Exchange Order I read that it has been issued by Nippon Travel Agency but I have not found a way to contact this agency.

Please check your confirmation e-mail and payment details to find your point of purchase.
NTA has many smaller offices and agents worldwide, I would not be able to tell you where you ordered.
