I'm looking to buy a pass and have it delivered to mainland China but it seems you can only enter the address using the roman alphabet rather than chinese characters.
I've had some trouble having things delivered in the past when I tried without chinese characters so is this option available at all?
Hi there,
This should be no problem.
Just mail us the address at [email protected], including your order information and we will add it to your dispatch.
Hope to hear from you!
Daniel
Oh great, thanks! Incidentally, is it also possible to pay using a Chinese (UnionPay) debit card?
Hi Again,
Right now we accept Visa and Mastercard in addition to certain debit payment cards (you can find them on the bottom right of the page).
