Is it more profitable to use a JR pass to visit OSAKA-KYOTO-TOKYO-KANAZAWA than a regular ticket?

Hi, I am looking best option to buy JR pass and need some guidance.

I am traveling with my 12 years old son and following is the our main plan:

19 August: Kansai Airport (KIX) to Osaka
20 August explore Osaka
21 August travel from Osaka to Kyoto
22 August explore Kyoto
23 August day trip to NARA and return to Kyoto
24 August explore Kyoto
25 August travel to Tokyo
26 August explore Tokyo
27 August explore Tokyo
28 August explore Tokyo
29 August travel to Kanazawa and explore the city
30 August visit Shirakawa village and return back to Kanazawa
31 August travel back from Kanazawa to Tokyo
1 September day trip to Kamakura and return back to Tokyo
2 September explore Tokyo and go to Haneda Airport

Depends on the ticket prices instead of going to Kanazawa and Shirakawa, for those days we may go to Nagoya and try Magome pass trail (Magome-juku & Tsumago-juku)

While staying at the city center, we will try to participate as many atraction, sighseeing and explore as possible.

Considering above plan which one of the JR pass I should purchase? Or we should buy some other regional pass?
