I am visiting Japan on Mid November and I have couple of question regarding JR Pass
1.When the ticket start counting, is it when we start using on our journey or when we activating it on the airport?
2.is that possible if I activating my JR pass a week after i’m arrive at Japan?
3.If I activating the 14 Days Jr pass on 22th November, is that mean my last day for JR pass is 6th December?

1.) It is when you make the exchange in Japan (i.e. activate your pass) and select your activation day then and there. It will then be valid for the first train, starting on the day selected.
2.) Yes
3.) Each day is counted as a full day, including the first day. So activating the pass on the 22nd, means your last day of use is the 5th of Dec.
