All of your itinerary is covered aside from the trip to and from Hakone. If you plan on purchasing a JR Pass it may be worth also looking into a Hakone FreePass - we don’t sell them on our site as the railway that operates in Hakone is privately owned, but it includes the round trip between Odawara and Hakone as well as unlimited access to all the public transport in the Hakone Area.

Looking at your itinerary, it’s likely that purchasing your tickets individually would be more cost-effective, but it may still be worth looking into a JR Pass, between the 12th to the 18th to include all of the expensive Shinkansen trips. Additionally, a 14-day pass is still an option though it’s likely to be more expensive.
