I ordered two 14 day passes about two weeks ago, they came in the mail just fine in two days or less, but no payment has been taken. I've contacted customer service who states there is no issue with my payment information, but didn't answer my question as to why the money wasn't taken or a charge made to my account before the passes were sent. I would imagine you'd want payment first before sending me the tickets, what if the payment in not successful after I've already purchased the passes?

Hi there,

We can't answer order specific question on the forum. The best is to contact our support team via [email protected], I see that you have already done so.

Don't worry about your pass, once issued, it can't be canceled by us. Unless you would return it.
