When should I get the tracking number?

I purchased the Green Car JRpass around 4 days ago. How many days should it be until I get the tracking number?

Hi,

Could you let me know your order# and I can double-check.

Most tracking numbers are sent out within 24 hours on business days. If travel at a date more than 1 month in the future, then it could take a few days longer.
